Sanjay is an inspirational business leader based in Melbourne with a proven track record of achievement in the following areas: strategic planning, privacy governance, risk management, and change management to build high performing businesses.
Sanjay has gained a broad multi-sector experience working with many global and national organisations including banks, technology firms, not-for-profits, automotive organisations as well as government and health authorities. Sanjay has developed particular expertise in privacy compliance, policy and procedure preparation, privacy consulting, information management practices and data compliance, which has included issues involving over fifteen foreign jurisdictions. Sanjay has held several Non-Executive Director board positions, including at Statewide Autistic Services.
Sanjay was awarded the Dean's Medal when he achieved his Masters of Business Administration from LaTrobe University. Sanjay has also completed a Bachelor of Laws from LaTrobe University and for over two decades was a full member of CPA Australia.
With over 20 years of experience in legal, compliance and governance roles, Diana is an executive lawyer and a GAICD-qualified company director who has particular interest in health, government, corporate governance, privacy compliance, privacy consulting, policy and procedure preparation, intellectual property and trade practices. When she isn't consulting for Juice Consulting, she works within a large health services organisation where she provides strategic and operational legal advice and support to the executive team and the board on a range of complex projects and high-risk matters.
Diana is also the Deputy-Chairperson for Wounds Australia, a national peak body for wound care and management. She contributes to the development and implementation of the organisation's vision, mission, values, and strategic goals, while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical obligations and best practices.
Diana is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), achieved her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (Queensland University of Technology) as well as her Bachelor of Arts (University of Melbourne). She is looking forward to soon completing her Masters of Law from the University of Melbourne.
